Firstly, there is no specific reason on why I choose this song to make a review, because I am the type of person that love all genres from Nasyeed to K-pop music. And I am not really have any favorite song, because yeah, I just played whatever Youtube has recommended. So, this song just came across my mind as I was thinking what song should I review. At first, the song 'Save Me From Myself' by Harris J invaded my mind because these days I was struggling in my studies and tends to be little off my track. But, when I pondered at what is the reason I am struggling right now, I promise came and somehow, this song send the positive vibes and remind me the reason I am here studying, for the first place.
So here, I want to share my earliest thought when the first time I heard this song.
Based on the title, I thought it refer to our promises with our partners or the best thinking is to Allah. It is unavoidable because when you see the singer, his face literally shows 'Hey,I am the hip hop guy here, and please listen to my song worshiping Allah' kinda vibes. Then, the first paragraph of the song make me wonder, of course, I think anyone would thought that 'I will always be there' referring to partner because, newsflash, that is one cliche line that you would give as promise to you partner. Am i right? 😎😎
